<p>Composite action can be achieved by providing shear connectors between steel top flange and concrete topping Composite sections have larger stiffness than the summation of the individual stiffness of slab and beam, therefore, can<br />
carry larger load or similar loads with appreciably smaller deflection and are less prone to transient vibration. T-type Steel Composite beam(TSC-beam) is developed and tested. The test results of TSC beam are compared with the<br />
theoretical results based on composite actions.</p>

<p>Common deck plates have longitudinal reinforcement located at a right angle to steel beam stretcher, install shear connector after setting up vertical bar on beam flange. Because of this characteristic, If shear connector have function of vertical bar, Construction will be improved. In this study, we did push-out experiment to compare three of new-shapes shear connector(rebar continued) to shear capacity of stud connector used by established shear connector.</p>

<p>일반적인 합성보는 콘크리트 슬래브와 H형강 철골보 사이에 작용하는 수평전단력을 쉬어코넥터로 긴결하여 휨내력 및 강성을 증가시킨 구조이다. H형강대신 U형 철골을 사용하고 그 속에 콘크리트를 채운 새로운 형태의 합성보 시스템이라 할 수 있는 T형 합성보의 구조특성을 실험에 의해 분석하고, 기존의 합성보 설계이론을 토대로 내력평가를 하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 또한 T형 합성보의 구조설계 및 시공에 필요한 기초자료를 제시하고자 한다</p>

<p>일반적인 합성보는 콘크리트 슬래브와 H형강 철골보 사이에 작용하는 수평전단력을 쉬어 코넥터로 긴결하여 휨 내력 및 강성을 증가시킨 구조이다. 본 연구에서 제안한 TSC 구조는 H형강 대신 U형 철골을 사용하고 그 속에 콘크리트를 채운 새로운 형태의 합성보 시스템으로 실험을 통하여 구조특성을 평가 분석 하였다. 또한 실험결과를 통해 T형 합성보(이하 TSC보라 칭함)의 구조설계 및 시공에 필요한 기초 자료를 제시하고자 한다.</p>
<p>Composite action is generally achieved hy providing shear connectiomi between steel top Flange and concrete topping. Composite sections have greater stiffness than the summation 0f the individual stiffness of slab and beam. Therefore. they can carry larger loads or similar loads with appreciably smaller deflection and are less prone to transient vibration. T-type Steel Composite beam (TSC-beam) was developed to increase these advantages. Ten specimens were tested for this study. During the experiment, crack pattern and deflection of beam were investigated. The examined results of TSC beam system were compared with results from the typical composite beam and RC beam.</p>

<p>In order to use in the middle or small size buildings, the Bottle Neck TSC beam is developed and it is to reduce the thickness of plate and the depth of beam. Test parameters are pitch of shear connector, arrangement of deformed bars in the slab, plate thickness of Bottle Neck TSC beam and quantity of tensile deformed bar. The purpose of this study is to evaluate flexural behaviour and ductility of Bottle Neck TSC beam(TSC Ⅲ). All specimen&#8217;s load-displacement curves are stable and composite actions of slabs and steel beam estimate bond strength of bolts, deformed bars and steel beam in slab. Deformability of Bottle Neck TSC beams are showed compare with an increase plate thickness and depth of beam.</p>

<p>합성보의 전단연결재는 국내외에서 연구가 진행되어 콘크리트 슬래브와 철골보의 합성율을 개선시킬 수 있는 디테일이 많이 개발되어 사용 중에 있다. 현재 보편적으로 사용되는 스터드는 내력산정의 편이성과 시공성 등이 조합되어 가장 많이 적용되고 있으나, 철근이나 ㄷ형강 등도 일부 개발되어 적용되고 있다. 본 연구는 합성보 연구의 일부로서 기존에 사용되던 스터드와 동등 이상의 내력과 연성을 확보할 수 있는 전단연결재를 개발하고, 합성보의 시어 커넥터에 대한 구조설계 및 시공에 필요한 기초 자료를 제시한 것이다.</p>

<p>Composite Beams have various effects as one unit structural member of a steel beam and a Reinforced Concrete Slab. In Composite Beam, install Shear Connectors to resist horizontal shear on an interface between two members. And when applying to the Deck Plate Slab, vertical Bars are installed for insure safety during the construction. Therefore, this study attempts to examine the ways to develop and utilize a New-Shaped Shear connectors which is functioning as vertical bars and also securing a higher shear capacity using Deformed Bar and Plate instead of Used-Stud Connector.</p>

<p>TSC Composite beam is new typed Composite systems, Composite Beams have various effects as one unit structural member of a steel beam and a Reinforced Concrete Slab. In Composite Beam, install Shear Connectors in order to resist horizontal shear on an interface between two members. And when applying to the Void Deck Plate Slab, It is secure the structure that is not only reducing a weight but also eco-friendly and improved seismic performance. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to evaluate the flexural performance of void deck plate inserted omega shaped plate and TSC composite beam, as securing a higher flexural strength.</p>
